About the room

We’re looking for someone to lease a spacious 13’ x 11’ furnished bedroom in a clean 3-bedroom home in a safe gated neighborhood in Chino Hills. The room also has an additional cubby area that works great for a desk, study setup, or extra storage. The bunk bed pictured will be replaced with a normal bed.

The home is about a 20-minute drive from Cal Poly Pomona, 25 minutes from Mt. SAC, and has quick access to the 71 freeway. The neighborhood is connected to Chino Hills State Park, making it great for hiking, walks, and enjoying the outdoors.

You would have access to the kitchen, laundry, living areas, and shared spaces. The bathroom is shared with one other roommate, but you would have your own sink and personal area for toiletries.

The property also has a large backyard overlooking the hills with a fire pit, making it a nice spot to relax or hang out. Guests are allowed with communication.

We’re looking for someone respectful, clean, and easygoing for a one-year lease. DM if interested or for more details!

About the roomies

The home is co-ed, diverse, and LGBTQ+ friendly, with three friendly, easygoing roommates in their mid-20s who work and/or go to college. We keep the house clean and respectful, but still like to have a relaxed, social environment and occasionally have friends over.

We’re hoping to find a roommate who is clean, laidback, and friendly.
