Rent: $625/month + utilities (electricity & gas). Utilities typically run $60–80/person per month. Rent due for both July and August 2026.

Requirements: Chill, respectful tenant. No frequent parties, light drinking is fine. No pets (landlord policy). Basic background check with a valid ID (driver’s license or state ID).
