Private bedroom and private bathroom available in a modern 1,200 sqft apartment in Edgewater — one of Miami’s most walkable neighborhoods, steps from Wynwood, Brickell, and the Design District.

The room: 11.5 × 13.5 ft with closet space, private lock and key, and your own dedicated bathroom just outside the bedroom door. Room for your own furniture — existing pieces can be removed on request.

Everything included in $1,800: All utilities — 5Gbps WiFi, electric, water/sewer. Nothing extra ever.

Shared spaces: Large sectional couch, 100“ wall-mounted TV, full kitchen with granite countertops, dishwasher, stainless Whirlpool appliances, Nespresso setup, and two private balconies with open Miami skyline views.

Building amenities: Pool and gym included.

Parking: Not included, but one spot available for +$150/mo.

About us: We’re a couple in our late 20s early 30s — one employed, one an entrepreneur. Easygoing, clean, and genuinely respectful of your space and privacy. 420 friendly household but no hard partying, hard drinking etc.

Who we’re looking for: Employed or self-employed/entrepreneur, responsible, and drama-free. Couples considered.

First month + one month deposit required upfront. Open to lower rent with first and last upfront

Lease is until February, plan to renew, 6-8 month minimum contract preferred but not required. Price can be negotiated with a longer term agreement.

We are a couple in our late 20s early 30s originally from Miami. Daniel is an entrepreneur and Pokémon card vendor, Sabrina is a costume designer working in theater production. We sometimes participate in Miami nightlife but dont drink or party super hard or anything like that. Very much not basic toxic Miami party people, very much the opposite. We often prefer to stay home and watch movies or play video games. We have a few friends who we entertain once in a while, we love fostering our local community and participating in the positive aspects of our growing hometown.

We are not judgemental about literally anything, as long as people are honest and prove themselves to be trustworthy, anything can be overcome. We just have boundaries about what we will and won’t accept around us, but we get along great with almost everyone, I think you’ll find out for yourself if we interview

We try to be healthy or go to the gym as much as we can, but we arent super mega jacked gym people either, but we strive to take care of ourselves nonetheless.

We attempt to maintain a healthy clean space but of course it is lived in so sometimes we may fall slightly short but we wont leave dishes in the sink or trash out or anything, we respect shared spaces. However we have already largely furnished the shared spaces so sometimes our things will be in those areas that dont belong in our bedroom, but it isnt a mess or anything like that.

Overall we are cool, totally fine with some amount of debauchery or hedonism, dont judge anyone for what they like or want to do, so if you are 420 friendly or take meds or really any other thing that you might worry to be shamed about if people find out, that simply doesnt happen with us
