Private Room for Rent for $750; all utilities are $200, a total of $950 per month. I’m looking for 1 roommate to share my central Chico 3br 2 ba house with just me and my friendly dog. Cool down in the POOL, hang out at one of the relaxing spots in the yard, swing in the hammock. The rent includes all utilities, wi fi. Jetted tub in the bathroom! I have some bedroom furniture if needed; or not, I can move it. (the walls ere not yllow- muted sage greem) Sorry, I don’t want any more pets. Move in June 1st or after.
