Looking for someone who wants a chill space to live in, has the ability to stay on top of shared cleaning duties, is respectful and aware of shared living space and has good communication. Must be LGBTQ+ friendly, house is 420 friendly but unfortunately no pets (allergic).

If you wanna be super close knit that can happen but if you just wanna do your own thing too, they adapt to that.
