Hey everyone! My roommate and I are looking for one more person (male or female!) to join our 12-month lease at the Wynwood starting this August 2026. Rent is $600/month, and utilities are separate (WiFi, electric, and parking) but come out to be super affordable. The location is perfect for students, close to both UF and Santa Fe, and within easy walking distance of multiple grocery stores, a gym, and great restaurants. Since we’ve already lived here for a year, the rest of the 3B/2B house is fully furnished, and your large, windowed bedroom will come ready to go with a bed and frame, a 3-drawer dresser, a desk and chair, and a big closet! You’ll be sharing a bathroom with Darren, but he keeps it spotless, so no worries there.

A little about us: Yasmine is an incoming sophomore at Santa Fe in the Health Sciences department! I loves live music, keeping things clean, and having a friend or two over for chill hangouts. Darren is an incoming UF sophomore studying mechanical engineering who loves video games, movies, record collecting, and building miniature models; he’s super orderly, understanding, and always down to chat through any house stuff. We’re looking for someone clean and responsible who is happy to split daily essentials like paper towels.
