FEMALE ROOMMATE WANTED! Move In Date August 1st Common Area Fully Furnished

Hi there! We are two women in our early 30s looking for a female third roommate to take over the third bedroom of our lease starting July or August 1st!

The house is 4 bedroom, 3 bath in a quiet and well-kept part of the neighborhood. We all have individual full bathrooms and use the spare bedroom right now as a storage space. We have a spacious kitchen and common area with a covered patio, garage and two car parking with a front gate. There is a dragonfruit plant in the backyard that sprouts in the summertime and a huge avocado tree in the front yard!

Our ideal roommate is someone that is sociable but chill, clean, respectful of noise volume, and of course, financially responsible.

We are two life-long friends that love to eat healthy & workout, have movie nights together, and maintain a chill & clean household (if we party, we never bring it home). Overall, we are very social and would love to be best friends with whoever decides to live with us so can’t wait to meet you!
