Currently just me living in the home — I’m a 27-year-old professional working full time for a consulting company. I work primarily from home, although I occasionally go into the office a few times a month, so the house is generally calm, quiet, and well-maintained during the week.

I also have a 6-year-old French Bulldog named Cooper. He’s extremely friendly, lazy, and well-behaved. He usually just naps around the house and is never left unattended in the common areas.

Lifestyle-wise, I’m very easygoing, respectful, and clean. I’m currently training for an Ironman, so most of my free time revolves around work, training, cooking, or relaxing. I’m not a party person and keep things pretty low-key — no late-night noise, smoking, drugs, or heavy drinking. My girlfriend lives out of town and visits occasionally a few times a year.
