I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at Pheasant Run starting the week of August 17th.

It’s a fully furnished 4 bed, 2.5 bath townhouse with 3 chill guys, utilities included, right by Purcell Park and a gym, and only 3 minutes from JMU. Rent is just $520/month.

You’ll share a bathroom, but it’s never been an issue.

I am asking the relet to cover the $520 relet fee. Estimated move-in costs are: $50 app fee, $200 service fee, $520 relet fee, and first month’s rent.
