About the room
2 story home, 1 extra large bedroom upstairs available with a lock for door, you will have own bathroom upstairs, 2 refrigerators (one will be for your use), utilities included, WiFi included, 2 living rooms (one will be for me due to my work desk being in that room, patio in the back, close to restaurants and other shopping (Target, Costco, Trader Joes), public transit, I have 2 cats and I also dog sit daily, so if you are allergic to cats and/or dogs then this is not for you
About the roomies
Myself (57) and my nephew (29) reside here and he has one of the upstairs bedrooms, he and I will share the downstairs bathroom. My nephew is out of the house most of the day due to school and work. I just retired but I also have a part time job from home.
