Located five minutes North of Green Lake, this house has a partially furnished daylight basement available for you. The downstairs has a bedroom, living room, 3/4 bathroom, and tiled connecting hall. The whole house is 1630 square feet, and your half of the rent is $1550.

The house is a charming old cottage with modern appliances, and a lovely yard. There is a separate entrance to the downstairs, and each floor has a bathroom. The house is right next to the E-Line bus stop, and walking distance from Trader Joes. The upstairs is a shared space and the downstairs can be your private space, aside from the shared laundry. There is some furniture in the downstairs, but all of it may be removed if you don’t want to use it.

I occupy a bedroom and office upstairs, and have been renting for a year. The landlord and location have both been terrific. My roommate moved and now I’m looking for somebody to take over the downstairs. I work from home, and I’m out at least 4 evenings a week. When I’m not out, I play video games with headphones on.
