My partner and I have a spare room available for rent on the East Side, conveniently located within the loop of 465. It is approximately a 10-minute drive from Downtown Indianapolis, Historic Irvington, ano Fountain Square. Additionally, you will have easy access to Interstate 65/70. The property is a cozy two-bedroom, one-bath house with a fenced-in yard, providing ample privacy. The common areas will be shared with the other roommate. Street parking is available, and we also have fenced-in parking. Our friendly 10-year-old Siberian Husky enjoys spending time with guests. The monthly rent is $700, which includes utilities. You will also have access to a washer and dryer. My partner and I are both professional working men who work from home Monday through Saturday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
