The House was built in 1948 and from concrete block. it has never flooded and is a very safe house in bad storms. It is 1 block from the river and lagoon. The room for rent is very private with its own bathroom and shower. The back yard produces a fair amount of food and is remarkable. This house has 5 bedrooms and I dont mind having guests sometimes. I am on the road regularly and would bee help tending the garden though much of it is on timers.

I work as a film maker and fly fisherman. I smoke but not in the house. I m pretty serious about work and forgive quickly. I drink it celebration not as a way to cope with problems. I have many friends from around the world that come a visit but they will stay in the other side of the house when or if they are around. I have many things that float and Im close to the water. Fly fishing saved my life.
