The location is 10/10 just one block from train. Grocery , shopping , restaurants, everything walking distance 2-5 min . It’s 100% gated. Great neighbors , young but responsible, great vibes. The apartment is a 1 bedroom but it has 2 entrances and there is a divider to separate the living room. It’s spacious with a small dining room attached .

I’m an entrepreneur and dog dad in my 40’s. I have been living without roommates for a very long time so I am looking for someone temporarily (max 6-9 months) while I catch up on bills . I had a medical issue last summer and was not working for months so I really need some help with the bills while I fully stabilize financially. Hoping to find a dog lover who can pitch in and have chill vibes . I don’t party or drink. I do smoke (420 friendly) but outside only. I’m slightly flexible with price and hope to find a chill dog lover who might throw the ball for my pup or even want to walk him once in a while . He’s super special and quite a sight to see so I really want to find a fan of his.. that would be great!
