We have two rooms open right now. One is furnished, and one is unfurnished. Let us know if you are interested in a furnished option, and we can share more info on that. This unfurnished room is spacious, measuring 16 ft x 14 ft, with an open closet. Two windows for natural light and fresh air. Equipped with baseboard heaters and an evaporative cooler directly outside your bedroom. This room includes a private bathroom. There is storage space in the garage and in a shed out back if you need it. We have a spacious front and back yard with a fire pit and grill. Our home is tucked away in a peaceful part of this Englewood neighborhood. We are 10 minutes from downtown Littleton, Englewood, the DTC, South Pearl St., and the nearest Trader Joe’s (if that’s important to you). We are approximately a 25-minute drive to downtown Denver or Golden. Your room is on the opposite side of the house from the master bed where we stay, and the home feels more than big enough for everyone. The home is approximately 2500 square feet. There is a guest room across the hall that can be utilized for your occasional overnight guest when the room is not rented.

We are a couple in our 30s (32 & 39) who enjoy all things outdoors and travel. We have two medium-sized, well-behaved, and very sweet pups named Sandy (14) and Pepper (4). We like to cook and share meals with our housemates when it works out, but keep to ourselves much of the time. We also love a good board game and will occasionally do a family game night with our roomies.
