Hello! I am looking for the right fit for a calm, respectful home environment in a beautiful one story newer-build house in Garner, about 20 minutes from downtown Raleigh.

The home is a spacious 4-bedroom new build located in a quiet, safe neighborhood with a fenced backyard, private driveway parking, and a peaceful atmosphere. The room is fully furnished (optionally) and ideal for someone looking for a cozy, comfortable place to land, whether you’re relocating, working nearby, traveling for work, or wanting a calm place to come home to at the end of the day.

About the Room & Home

• $1,000 month (utilities + high-speed internet included)
• Fully furnished bedroom is optional (there are two rooms you can choose from)
• Laundry access included
• Private driveway parking
• Fenced backyard
• Mostly private bathroom (primarily yours; we would occasionally use the tub a couple times a week for my child’s bath)
• Shared access to kitchen and common spaces
• Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Flexible lease terms available, but looking for a minimum of 6 months
• Available ASAP

The home itself is clean, cozy, and peaceful (as much as I can with a 5 year old!)

Hi! This home will be with me and my 5 year old daughter. My fiance will be stopping by for a few hours on weekends, but will not be staying at our home for the next year, so since my home is larger for what I need, I would love to have a roommate in the meantime!

I’m a remote digital professional and mom living here with my young child, who is at school during the day. We’re friendly, grounded, and respectful people who really value a calm, comfortable home environment.

A little about me personally, I’m laid back and easy to get along with. I love cozy nights at home watching movies, being in nature, wellness and holistic living, yoga, CrossFit, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Home is very much my peaceful reset space, so I really value kindness, communication, cleanliness, and mutual respect in shared spaces.

My daughter is a sweet, kind, happy little girl, who will probably want to be your best friend. She is smart and will be respectful of your boundaries.

Since I work from home, so the house tends to stay fairly quiet during the day as well. This isn’t a heavy drinking or party household, and I’d love to find someone who appreciates a more peaceful, respectful environment too.

I’m looking for someone considerate, comfortable in a family-oriented home, clean in shared spaces, and simply wanting a stable and comfortable place to live. I will be looking for someone who I feel would be the right fit and who I feel safe with since I have a child.

Our dog recently passed, so we don’t have any animals here, but pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
