I am looking for a roommate starting September 1st, but the move-in date is flexible. The room is available now so if you need to move in sooner you are welcome to do that. I live in a house with my two cats and I’m looking for someone to take the master suite. The master suite includes a private bedroom, private bathroom with Jack and Jill sinks, and two closets (including a walk-in closet).

Rent is $1225 per month plus utilities. The house includes a two car garage, storage shed, in unit laundry, and central heating and air conditioning.

Ideal roommate is a good communicator, picks up after themselves, and is female identifying. I’m a working professional and would like to find a roommate who is in a similar stage in life, but I’m not opposed to undergrad students. A graduate/professional student or working professional would be a great fit for this place.

I have two very friendly cats, so you must love cats. If you do not like cats or feel indifferent about them this will not be a good fit. Exceptions can be made for a dog depending on temperament and experience living with cats.

I’m am the only roommate so you only have to share the house with me. I tend to be quiet and kept to myself but I’m open to socializing with roommates. I work full-time so I’m usually gone during the day and at home at night and on weekends.
