The downstairs room is available and the townhouse is walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, parks, and community events in Avalon Park. The community pool is located just steps from the front door.
The townhouse is currently occupied by a couple and I who are all working professionals in their mid/late 20s who are quiet and respectful.
