About the room
I own a two-bedroom townhouse in the Mallard Cove area in SW Carrollton. I have one bedroom and small bathroom available for rent. I have a friendly cat, but he has free roam of the house. The townhouse community has a pool, which you could use during the summer.
THE BEDROOM is UPSTAIRS, fully furnished. Small carpet stains, but no smells. Very safe community.
About the roomies
Non-smoker Must treat my cat well I have some flexibility to work from home a day per week. The room has a TV, but I struggle to get the remote to work.. You’d be welcome to bring your own TV.
