We have a room opening June 20th in the Adams Point Neighborhood!

The room is around 10x10 with two windows, hardwood floors and a small closet.

There is off-street parking, a back yard and deck for grilling, on-site laundry, a huge living room and dining room. There is a total of 5 bedrooms in the house, two bathrooms, and two refrigerators. Monthly utilities (estimated) include $15 or so for internet, gas/power ranges from $30-$80 (winter) , and water/trash is usually $30.

We are within walking distance to Lake Merritt, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s and Grocery Outlet. Macarthur and 19th St BART are close, and it’s a few minutes’ walk to AC transit buses 57, 11, 12, and NL. The Lake is just 5 minutes walk down the hill.

As for the four of us, we are a down to earth group that respects each other and our home! Please note this is a room for rent, main areas are furnished and we do not have space for additional items.

We consist of an artist, medical office manager, a behavioral consultant and engineer. We all have varying work schedules, so we keep common quiet hours to suit everyone’s needs. We are all busy and active people. We love pets, but unfortunately, we are not allowed to have them here.
