Shared access to the kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, and common living areas. High-speed Wi-Fi is included, and there’s a decent outdoor space(yard is in progress of being finished).

Flexible rental terms are available, including month-to-month options. There is a refundable security deposit. If you move in after the 5th of the month, the first month’s rent will be prorated.

I’m easygoing and respectful, and I like to keep shared spaces clean and comfortable. I do enjoy having a drama-free and relaxing environment when at home.
