About the room
More so than the room which is a nice size, bypass mirrored glass doors, kept hardwood floors, nice insulated windows for ample day light and nice 2“slat blinds… the best part is the open concept kitchen and living space with walk out deck upon a nicely maintained green lawn, parking available on driveway , there is a detached garage but the owner parks his car there. New front load washer and dryer, several entrances in case you don’t feel like seeing anyone. I love that part.
About the roomies
The other roommate is a great guy (60), very easy to be around, respectful and clean who works nights, then there is me (53), I rent the ground level bedroom, I am nice, clean, respectful and work 7:30 to 6:00 M-F and every other Saturday. Neither of us are difficult and believe in the philosophy “Live and Let Live”. Contact the owner (Jay) for further details at 331.301.0946. He replies promptly.
