Condo is located in the heart of North Reston, 5 minute walk to Whole Foods, 10 minute walk to the Reston Town Center, and 20 minute walk to Lake Anne (with a farmer’s market on the weekends!) Condo is also metro accessible, as there is a bus stop nearby. There is a pool in the complex, but all Residents also have access to any pool in the area through the Reston Association.

The room that will be available also has its own adjoining bathroom, there is a washer/dryer in unit, and the unit has a brand new central AC/heating which was recently replaced. Internet and electricity are not included in the base rent amount, but don’t usually exceed $100 per person except for extreme weather.

There will be a one-time $150 fee for adding your name to the lease. Lease ends March 2027 - preferably looking for someone that will be willing to renew next year, as I’ve moved a lot recently and would like to stay here for a little while.

I am pretty easy-going and my lifestyle is very laid back. I work from home with my 10 year-old Chihuahua, and I’m usually doing something outside on the weekends. I like to read, attend concerts, check out new breweries/wineries, and sometimes binge watch whatever my new favorite show is at the time.

My current roommate is moving back in with her boyfriend, so the room is available now, as she hasn’t really spent much time in the apartment.

Looking for someone that will be around a little bit! We don’t have to hang out all the time, but it’s nice to be able to chill with the person you live with. My dog is feisty and territorial at first, but once he gets to know you and is comfortable/feels safe with you, he is super loving and silly.

I’m kind of a germaphobe, so I’m always cleaning (although having a dog makes this chaotic sometimes LOL), and would definitely prefer someone who also finds cleanliness to be important! Feel free to send me a message if any of this sounds like you :)
