The room (bottom right) is spacious and has great closet space with shelving. Includes access to a shared 2-sink bathroom w/ tub. The house has a great backyard and a shared driveway. Quiet neighborhood about 2 miles off of Memorial, surrounded by lots of fast-food and shopping centers.

We’re two roommates who have been close friends for about five years and have lived together since June of last year. We have a laid-back and comfortable home environment and are looking for someone who will fit into that dynamic. Our household includes two cats and one dog, so being comfortable around animals is a must. We are not looking to add anymore animals to the mix. We’re both pretty laid back and keep shared spaces clean and respectful. We’re flexible when it comes to sharing household items, but are also completely fine if someone prefers to keep their things separate. We spend time together regularly—watching shows, going out, or just hanging around—and we’d love to include a new roommate in those things if they’re interested. That said, we’re also totally okay with a more independent, roommate-only relationship as long as it’s friendly and respectful. Work-wise, one of us works a consistent 7–5 schedule, while the other has a variable schedule that can include mornings or evenings. We keep quiet hours between 11 PM and 5 AM to make sure everyone gets proper rest.
