Looking for one female roommate, age 20-35, no pets or kids. One large, upstairs bedroom at the end of the hall. A nice, private space in a decently spacious house. The kitchen has open space for personal items, as does the shared upstairs bathroom. Feel free to use the downstairs common space! The yard and deck are beautifully landscaped with a lovely garden view through most of the year. The large deck out back is great for Bible studies, birthday parties, and barbecues.

I, 31F, live with another roommate, 19F, one sweet senior cat, and 5 chickens (one is free range because the others don’t like her…). I am an elementary music teacher and work full time. As both an introvert and extrovert, I am absolutely open to roommate hangouts, games, parties (I love a good theme party!), and movie nights! My free time is often spent doing at-home hobbies, such as sewing, embroidery, gardening, and reading, although I’d like to get out more! The other roommate is an international student studying at Clark. She plans to attend WSU to study nutrition when she’s done with her premed. She tends to be more introverted and enjoys crochet, journaling, and watching movies and anime.
