This location is in the heart of Portland near the PSU area. Bikeable and walkable for sure. Something I love is how there is a mini mart right next to the apartments. There’s also a coffee shop.

ALSO TRANSIT IS RIGHT THERE. There’s 2 entrances at this building, one on 6th and 5th Ave. If you’re wanting to ride the max somewhere the station is right outside of the 6th Ave entrance. Vice versa if you’re somewhere and looking to ride the max to this building it will drop you outside of the entrance on 5th.

The community amenities include a gym, great security provided by Allied Universal, study rooms, a designated smoking area on the lobby floor, and laundry rooms.

The actual apartment layout has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with all of us sharing a living room, kitchen and dining.

Currently I am the only person in my 4 bed with the anticipation of one friend joining, meaning 2 spots are open. My friend is 18 and I’m 19 so we would prefer girls near our age.

I completely don’t mind doing chores, especially since I’ve done them by myself for quite some time. I like cleaning but I’m not much of a cook (which I aspire to be!)

Communication is number one when you live with me so if something is bothering you do not hesitate to tell me.

NOTICE I’m wanting to have a cat for myself at some point so I would need you to be ok with it. If my friend joins she will bring her 2 cats as well.
