You must be able to show pay stubs so I know you can pay the rent on time. The house has all hard wood floors, central heat, and a wood burning fireplace. I am looking for single occupancy for the room in the house. It comes semi furnished with two other roommates living at the house. Tenants are responsible for water, trash, electricity, and gas which is split by three people so it’s very inexpensive. The house has a nice size kitchen with a one car garage and a big backyard. I do come over occasionally to drink a beer with some friends later in the evening but if that does’t bother you then this will be the perfect fit for you. One Thai Chef super cool Laid back cooks really good food sometimes. Other dude named Jared keeps to himself pretty much get a whole house to yourself with big backyard and really nice neighborhood.
