The furnished room for rent is in an amazing location — only about 5 minutes from tons of shopping, restaurants, and the new In-N-Out Burger. The property is peaceful and well maintained with ponds full of ducks and geese, a seasonal pool, upgraded gym, sauna/locker room, lots of parking, and a bus stop within very close walking distance. There’s also a really nice park right across the street!

We’re looking for someone clean, respectful, responsible, and easy to get along with. Perfect for someone wanting a comfortable, fully durnished, move-in ready space in a convenient location.

There is a second closet in room for rent that we use for storage. Willing to make room if needed.

I’m a full-time preschool teacher during the week and absolutely love working with children and helping them learn and grow every day. My partner is a mechanic who works from home, so we both keep pretty busy but enjoy having a peaceful, comfortable home environment.

We’re easygoing, responsible, respectful people who value cleanliness, communication, and a positive atmosphere at home. Looking for someone with a similar vibe who would be a great fit for our townhouse!

We also have 1 adorable pup who is a big part of our family! He is14 weeks old.
