We live in a quiet family neighborhood in a middle class well kept home. Our children have recently gone off to school and we have been renting a room for several years and now have one more available. We have a beautiful backyard with private pool you are welcome to use. Room has its own entrance should you choose to use it but not necessary. We can leave the bed, dresser and a desk in the room if needed or can pull it out. Overnight guests ok just not overstayed. couples are ok with increase for utilities and no drama. share a bathroom with other roommate an adult female who is gone working 5 days a week. Social Gatherings ok as long as guests are respectful not too often and with fair notice and thumbs up. Four twenty and smoking ok in outside areas. We typically cook daily but have been taking breaks with no kids on occasion but if we cook there will be enough for everyone. Zero tolerance on hard drugs or hard problematic drinking.

Three adults and one very loving extremely friendly pit bull who will undoubtedly want to say hello when you are in common areas.
