Room is intended for a single occupant, but we are completely open to renting to a couple/more than one occupant for 1600 a month and a 1600 security deposit. We live on a fairly quiet street out in Plainview, not far from Corryton, TN. The room is on the opposite end of the house from our room, and you’ll have your own living room and ensuite bathroom. The shared spaces are our kitchen/dining room, laundry room, and porch. Smoking is fine as long as it is outdoors. We do not have pets and do not want any in our home due to our allergies. You must be completely gluten free to rent from us. The room is spacious and already furnished, but we can move the furniture out if you’d rather bring your own. The gravel driveway adjacent to ours is large enough for two vehicles. All utilities are included, including high speed fiber internet. The living room comes furnished with a large TV. There is also a guest room and bathroom across from your room, but we don’t have guests over often. The kitchen includes your own separate pantry, storage for pots/pans/utensils/dishes, and fridge.

We are also open to renting to single parents, as long as your child is at least four years old. We have great schools in our area!

The security deposit is $600, plus a $600 fee to move in. You’ll get $600 back if you provide a months notice before moving out without significant damages :)

My boyfriend and I bought this house in February. We work at UTMC Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. We are completely gluten free as my boyfriend has celiac disease, and we intend to keep our house entirely gluten free. We are homebodies and are excited to have some game nights!

We really hope to find someone(s) with gluten intolerance or celiac as well, and if you do I’m sure you’ll appreciate how hard finding roommates that respect your allergies can be! You can relax knowing our kitchen is clean and will never gluten you!
