My roommate and I are located in a great location, about 10 mins from downtown Denver and downtown Arvada. Sloans lake is about 12 mins away. We’re near Regis, if you’re a student. We are both in our last year of grad school. The house is nice, two story, 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath. The room has its own large closet and can fit a desk and a queen bed (but not much more ). We currently have 2 sweet cats !
