About the room
The room is located in a clean, cozy home in South Austin/McKinney Parks. The room comes furnished with a full-size bed and has a walk-in closet. The bathroom is shared, and the tenant will also have access to the kitchen, living room, laundry area, and backyard/patio space.
The home is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to I-35, McKinney Falls, Onion Creek, Austin-Bergstrom Airport, shopping, food, and everyday essentials. We try to keep the house comfortable, clean, and peaceful, so this would be a good fit for someone responsible, respectful, and comfortable sharing common spaces.
Rent is $800/month plus shared utilities. A refundable $800 security deposit is required before move-in.
About the roomies
The home is shared with other adults who work and keep a pretty normal schedule. We’re friendly and respectful, but also like to keep the home peaceful, clean, and drama-free.
We’re looking for someone who is responsible, pays rent on time, cleans up after themselves, communicates well, and respects shared spaces. Since this is a shared home, we do ask that guests, noise, cleanliness, and common-area use are handled respectfully.
A simple screening process is required before move-in, including basic application questions, proof of income, rental/reference check, and background screening.
