Hello there,

My friend (Connor) and I are looking for a roommate to re-lease our 3 Bedroom & 1 Bathroom apartment. We live in Dorchester, right by Meeting House Hill and about a 15 min walk away from Savin Hill Station on the Red Line. With our apartment, we have a spacious living room with an adjacent dining space, on top of a great kitchen with multiple fridges and a dishwasher. We also have two balconies with decent views. In the basement, we also have a washer & dryer (free, no quarters necessary) as well as a storage space for our unit. Our landlord allows dogs and cats. There’s street-parking and no residential permit parking. If you bike/e-bike/scooter, there’s a safe space to keep it by our backyard path or in the basement during winter. Price-wise, rent ($3000) is split 3 ways, so your portion would be $1000. For utilities, we split Electric, Gas, and Wifi. I’m an EMT, who works mostly nights, and Connor is a bartender, mostly working days and evenings. We both enjoy going out in the city or staying in to watch whatever or game.
