Private room and ensuite bathroom for rent, either furnished as is in photos or I can remove the furniture. Home is about 2,000 ft with patio areas
The home is in a Guard gated community with over a dozen pools, pickleball courts, tennis courts, jacuzzis, small lake for fishing and pedal boats, clubhouse with activities, walking paths, very nice community.
I am a single older woman and my room and bath are on the other end of the home.
No pets No smoking No drinking in the house

About the roomies
I am a single older woman, working part time. There is a third bedroom and it’s own bathroom as well, for guests and is used as a den.
Rent includes utilities except your wifi ,and parking will be on the street in front of the home. There is a guard at the front gate and it is a very safe community.
