The bedroom is about 13x10 feet and is carpeted. It has white walls and one window that overlooks and is shaded by trees. There is also a decent size closet for clothes and storage. Also, there is no overhead light in the bedroom and so a lamp is needed, which I can supply one for the beginning move-in period. Furniture for the bedroom will have to be supplied by the roommate, but any other furniture for the townhouse is welcome as long as we have the space and it’s needed. The townhouse is located 5 minutes from downtown Berea and 3 minutes from Berea College. There is a Dollar General about a 1 minute drive from here and several parks within close driving distance. The townhouse is two storied and has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The bedrooms are located upstairs and are carpeted, while the rest of the townhouse has laminate or tile flooring. There is a small grass backyard with some trees, and then a parking lot in front.

Hello, my name is Sam and I am 25 years old. I am a compassionate, funny, and intellectual person who enjoys cooking, hiking, reading, and gardening. I also am trying to get into art and love watching movies and playing video games. I like getting to know people’s stories and I try to be active in my local community and its programs. I am a custodian for a public school. I am a left-leaning individual and I thus like for my space to be safe for all people, therefore, right-leaning people may not be the best fit for this place. I am a pretty helpful person and enjoy good conversations, and it would be good to have a roommate who is open to being friends and hanging out.
