About the room

12x15 room in 4 bdrm house, one room is used as spare/ guest. Laundry in house. Parking in front, there’s a Garage for extra storage. Must be okay with dogs, there are currently 2 one foster and one lives there permanently. They’re very sweet. House is amazing, roommates are the best ever, I wouldn’t be moving out if I didn’t have to be due to life changes. Close to Trader Joe’s, YMCA and about 5 min from midtown. Utilities are around 100$ a month. Looking for someone clean, respectful who works full time.

About the roomies

I’m 25, roommates are 27,25 and 23. Its two girls and one guy. Everyone works full time and have somewhat different schedules. Looking for someone in the same range with a full time job outside of house. No more pets unfortunately. The house vibe is very mellow, everyone gets along.They’re all super cool, crafty and wonderful people.
