This a room within a two bedroom/ 2 bath condo. The property has off-street parking in a parking lot. It is also close to a bus line and a bike trail. It is right off of the Rimrock Rd exit on the Beltine. I also have a washer and dryer in the condo. It’s on the first floor. The bedroom is 11ftx12ft plus a closet that I’ve added a hanging rod in. In the extra bedroom are a queen sized bed, a dresser, a nightstand, and a desk.

I work from home most days but go into the office twice a week. I do not smoke and will not room with a smoker. I drink very occasionally. I have two cats that don’t like men but that’s their problem. I rarely have company over and I am mostly a homebody though I work in theater which involves attending shows at night. I like to sleep in as time allows and stay up no later than midnight typically. Due to some physical limitations I require the shared space to stay fairly tidy.
