Shared bathroom with third bedroom, but third bedroom is only used occasionally by visiting family, so bathroom is yours the majority of the time. Huge eat-in kitchen with gas range, large pantry, and more. Formal dining room and living room. Outdoor space for sitting. House has front porch as well. On-street parking. Third bedroom is used by occasional visiting family. Prefer to start with month to month lease, and consider longer-term lease after an initial rental period.

I work in the aerospace engineering industry. I’m 30 years old and am originally from CT. Happy to socialize but also happy to give my roommate a lot of space. I will be working the night shift starting later in the summer so will need quieter days in the house during the workweek. I’m into birding and biking, as well as D&D and gaming.
