I go by Zora, I’m 41, and am looking for a roommate for my Room of Requirement aka my large spare bedroom with unshared bathroom in my upstairs condo🌳✨️🏡

The room itself is 10ft X 12ft, with a large ceiling high closet that is 5.5ft X 2ft, tall ceiling high mirror closet doors, and a sliding window facing the stairs and beautiful trees. The carpets were also just recently shampooed this month. The unshared bathroom is very large, with a large mirror over the sink, a bathtub, and detachable shower head, all located directly next to the spare bedroom.

The home itself is a very open floor plan with lots of natural light and beautiful scenery.

The shared space includes an in unit washer and dryer, large kitchen, and a large living room and dining room. The living room does have a communal L shaped couch, flatscreen TV, and stationary bike. You are welcome to bring a dining table or chair if they can be used communally.

There is also storage space shelves in the large, ceiling high, double mirror doored hall closet. Inbetween the spare bedroom and unshared bathroom. Not to forget cleared out cabinets and drawers in the kitchen for anything kitchen and food related you need to store.

The neighborhood is absolutely beautiful, safe, and quiet; with lush beautiful trees outside every window. We are directly across the street from a public Library and a Fire Station. Located in walking distance from 2 large parks, multiple farmers markets, and MANY grocery stores and restaurants; including Sprouts, Vons, Petco, Wells Fargo, Chipotle, Little Sekana (sushi), and more!

Looking for someone clean, quiet, LGBTQ friendly, animal lover, and peaceful. I do welcome most animals, accept dogs unfortunately. I do house cats, reptiles, and fish, and many plants.

The rent required is $1300/mo th plus half of utilities which includes internet (average $125 to 200/month). Deposit of $600 required to hold move in date. If you move in before/after the 1st of the month your rent will be prorated.
