Hafa Adai and hello! The available room is the larger of two bedrooms in a 2BR/1BA apartment, and you’re welcome to keep any of the furniture already in the room. We share one bathroom, a kitchen, a living room, and a balcony. The location is hard to beat: we’re steps from Ala Moana Mall, walking distance to Target and Don Quijote, and close to several bus lines if you don’t have a car. For UH students, it’s about a five-minute drive to campus, ten with traffic. Rent is $1,250, with the final amount depending on the lease we sign with the landlord.

I’m Haven, 29, a 2L at UH Manoa Law School originally from Guam. I’m quiet, nerdy, and queer-friendly, and I tend to keep to myself since school keeps me pretty busy. That said, I’m friendly and easy to live with, I promise. I’m open to students or working professionals, any gender, and ideally looking for someone willing to sign a year-long lease through next summer. Move-in can be as early as August 1st, though late August works best for me. Oh, and I have a Costco membership if that seals the deal.
