Skylux was built in 2021, new luxury apartments with high ceilings. 24 hour security, many roof top amenities, such as fitness center, sauna, steam showers, pools and jacuzzi, movie lounge, BBQ areas etc. On Wilshire few block away from intercontinental hotel. The building speaks for itself, you have to come take a look. Room is private, with its own bathroom and shower, rooms are opposite of each others. Parking is additional, available spaces is based on buildings demand or availability. In unit laundry. Room comes with a queen size bed, furniture can’t be removed.
About the roomies
I’m in my late 30s male working in the auto industry. I’m mostly at work Monday thru Sunday. Few days off throughout the month. I’m easy going. The unit is very clean and I would like to find someone looking for a short stay, we can discuss the length and willing to accommodate. Small trained pets ok, but you would have to pay the pet deposit.
