The 2b1b unit is at Oak Vale apartment. Total rent is 1538 plus electricity, Internet and rental insurance, so you will pay around 800 per month. The move-in day will be around July 1st. Our unit has been furnished with couches and a TV, a newly renovated kitchen, dishwasher and there are shared laundry rooms in the apartment complex. Overall it’s a rly cozy place. You will be taking over my roommate’s bedroom. There is a bus from the apartment complex to the campus (Line 1) for commuting.

I’m a PhD student at Oregon State University studying coastal and ocean engineering. I like to keep things clean and be communicative. I don’t really drink and smoke. Personal hobbies include games, gym, running. I’m down to make friends with roommates. I’m looking for a clean and communicative roommate.
