It’s a 2 bed 2.5 bath townhouse. You will have one parking spot with overflow parking close by. You also will have your own custom walk in closet and full bath attached to your 11ft x 10ft room. Room will be unfurnished but I can help during move in day.

Hi, I’m Kyle, I have a Townhouse and looking for a roommate available April 16th.

I’m 33 years old. Originally from Ohio. I try to live a healthy lifestyle and workout often. I work in public safety and love what I do. I’m active outside when it’s warm out but still enjoy staying in (especially during the cold months). I do have a 7 year old cat named Donut and 7 year old named Lulu (I love animals).

Ideal roommate:

I’d like to find someone close in age (26-39). Male or female is okay. Someone who is clean/tidy in the common areas, can be respectful of others belongings and communicates well.

Rent is $950 all inclusive (eg. Utilities, Internet, Water, ect.) with a $900 deposit.

*Will have to sign a basic lease agreement.
