The room comes move-in ready: bed, closet, dresser, and ceiling fan. You’ll share the rest of the house with just me: full kitchen with dishwasher, in-unit washer and dryer, living room, patio, and yard. Free off-street parking included.

Location is hard to beat — 5 to 10 minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, and hardware stores, about 15 minutes to Lexington Medical Center, and roughly 20 minutes to downtown Columbia with easy access to I-20 and I-26. The neighborhood is quiet with no through-traffic, so it’s easy to rest and recharge.
