Rent includes all utilities (water, electric, WiFi), lawn maintenance, and professional cleaning once per month.
The room is furnished and move-in ready with a bed, dresser, nightstand, lamp, and has great natural light. Shared areas include an open kitchen, eating area, laundry room, and a clean, relaxed environment overall.
Month-to-month agreement. Single occupancy only (no couples allowed). No pets, animals, or reptiles. Completed application, clean background, and employment / income verification is required.
