Available room in residential HB just over a mile from downtown and the beach. One block from multiple grocery stores/restaurants.
Property has an enclosed backyard, patio area, detached 2 car garage. Kitchen and living room are fully furnished common areas for all to use. Washer and Dryer in garage.
Prior tenants have all had a queen sized bed and desk/dresser in the available room. There are also hallway cabinets and additional space in the garage for storage if needed.
Move in date is flexible for sometime in June … If interested, please share a bit about yourself and your work schedule and we can set up a time for a walk-through.
About the roomies
Current tenants are one male and one female (non-couple). We have been in the property for years and are looking to find a long-term tenant but are open to shorter term arrangements as well. The initial lease will be month-to-month but the landlord is willing to sign longer term if we find a good fit.
We are both responsible, clean and respectful of each other and the common areas of the house. The available room shares a large bathroom with the female tenant.
We have a French Bulldog living here and the landlord limits us to one pet maximum so unfortunately we cannot consider applicants with any pets.
