Completely furnished apartment and rooms. Rooms are furnished with a bed, table, and chair.

Common room cleaning is once a month and all problems are fixed within a 3 day span.

There’s an in-unit washer and dryer.

Apartment is 20 minute walk to USC or a 6 minute bus ride.

3 other USC female students live in the apartment. They’re really respectful, sweet, helpful, and had the best time being their roommate.

A bit about me: I recently graduated from USC and vacated from my room (cleaned room completely). Therefore I’m trying to sublease it for the summer now :))
