Looking for a roommate in a fully furnished room in a one story Stonelake house, which is close to I5/Elk Grove Blvd and the Northstate Campus. You would be sharing a large bathroom with Dual Sinks with two other roommates. Non smoker required. No drugs, pets or drama. This is a quiet home with kitchen and laundry privileges. The male Owner is almost 60, not quite a senior and current male renter is 52. My son, a plumber, is 21 and lives here full time. We are friendly, respectful, and easy to live with. Everyone has their own routine, so the space stays calm and not too busy, but at the same time the atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable.
