Willing to negotiate rent if youre willing to take on some yard work. The owner lives on property, as well as myself. It is a scent free zone(lotions and bath products are usually ok, but spray things are usually a no-go) theres three cats who usually have the run of the home. Smoking/vaping not alowed inside as both current roommates (myself and the owner) are allergic.
