Our neighborhood is not the most quiet. We live on a nice street walkable to downtown Culver City. Neighbors are nice too. There are trash trucks that come every day due to medical building being behind us. But if u don’t care that much about noise then it’s pretty nice otherwise!

The room is smaller. Maybe 10x11. Brand new ceiling fan which is great since summer is coming up. It’s in the middle of the 2 rooms. Carpet floor.

Also it’s a 1 1/2 bath.

Me and my roommate are pretty chill. I just graduated from film school and my roommate is a singer/ medical field. We like somewhat neatness in the living spaces but we also aren’t “neat freaks”. I like to go out sometimes & have fun. We have our friends over sometime as well. I’m definitely pretty social. And I do like spending time with my friends. My roommate is more to herself sometimes.
